Welcome to Saya Tour Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Saya and operating via the website https://sayarentacar.com. By using our website and booking a car rental with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

1.1. These Terms govern your access to and use of Saya’s services, including the booking of vehicles online.

1.2. By booking a rental or browsing our website, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.

1.3. Saya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and effective immediately.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. To rent a vehicle, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.

  • Hold a full, valid driving licence for at least 2 years.

  • Provide valid ID and payment details.

2.2. Payment must be made online via our secure payment gateway at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

2.3. A security deposit may be required before the rental period begins. This will be refunded upon safe return of the vehicle, subject to inspection.

3. Rental Duration and Return

3.1. The rental period starts and ends at the time and date specified in your booking confirmation.

3.2. Late returns may incur additional charges.

3.3. If you wish to extend your rental, you must contact us prior to the return time and receive written confirmation.

4. Vehicle Use

4.1. The rented vehicle must only be driven by the named driver(s) on the agreement.

4.2. You must not:

  • Use the vehicle for any illegal purpose.

  • Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • Allow anyone else to drive the vehicle unless previously authorised by us.

4.3. You are responsible for any traffic offences or parking fines incurred during the rental period.

5. Insurance and Damage

5.1. All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Upgrades (e.g. Collision Damage Waiver) may be available.

5.2. You are responsible for any damage not covered by insurance, including negligence or violations of these Terms.

5.3. In the event of an accident, theft, or damage, you must contact us and local authorities immediately.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.

6.2. Cancellations within 48 hours of pick-up may incur a fee.

6.3. No-shows without cancellation notice are non-refundable.

7. Liability

7.1. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of income or business, arising from the use or inability to use our vehicles.

7.2. Our liability for any direct damage is limited to the total cost of the rental, except where prohibited by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law.
